CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP AND RESERVATION MANAGEMENT

Atlantique Hotel needs information concerning you for the management of reservations and the purchase of gift vouchers and the follow-up thereof (for example, deliveries), invoices, accounting, and in particular the management of customer accounts, customer relationship monitoring such as conducting satisfaction surveys, complaints management, and after-sales service.

PAYMENT OF YOUR ORDERS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

When you pay on our site, your payments are secure. Atlantique Hotel does not collect your payment data. All your bank details are collected only by our certified PCI-DSS payment services provider (Be2bill) which ensures the security of payments. When you pay for an order, the card used for payment is kept for the time necessary for the transaction and then for a period of 13 months from the payment to ensure proof of the transaction and fight against credit card fraud.

SENDING MESSAGES BY EMAIL
